Happy Halloween to all of our guests and family’s!  The weather here for Halloween was a nice, cool 46 degrees and the sun was shining most of the day.  Kids were out into the wee hours of the night trick or treating throughout Eastham.  Halloween was a great success for all kids in Eastham this year and we are excited for next years as well.

Well, we can definitely say the weather here in Eastham has been just perfect lately, lots of sun, a touch of clouds and a nice small breeze to top it off.  Great weather to hop on a bike and ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail or grab some beach chairs and an umbrella and lay at the beach for the day.  Either way, vacationing in Eastham for the month of July has been just right.  We can only hope for the same weather for August, and with our forecast, more sunny days are coming our way.

On March 20th we celebrated the first day of Spring and boy was it a nice day.  The sun was shining bright and the temperature was in the high 40′s and into the 50′s.  We are very excited to the REAL nice weather to come along and we can walk around in our shorts and t-shirts again.  Each day seems to get better and better, lets hope this good weather keeps up.  I remember about 11 years ago we had a major snow storm on April 1st, let’s hope this does not happen again any time soon!    We are now open for the 2011 season, if you are looking to stay with us this year, please take a look at our online reservation system for availability.  Our summer months book up real fast, so be sure to book early to get the dates you would like.

With temperatures in the high 30′s you would wonder how long until spring comes around.  Although it is only February, we are hoping spring comes sooner than later this year.  The weather has been teasing us Cape Codders with some very nice springlike days sprinkled in here and there and it makes us want the warm weather to come even sooner.  If you are thinking about spring too and are ready to book your stay at the Town Crier Motel, now is a great time to lock in your favorite room and rates before they are all taken.  You can view our rates right online and you can even book your reservation right online too.  We open for the season in March and we can’t wait to see you all for the 2011 season!

The last few days we have experienced temperatures close to 0 degrees!  This is not normal for Cape Cod, and it is not much fun either.  Trying to get to the car and drive to the grocery store is a task in weather this cold.  Luckily for us, today the weather seems a bit warmer at a cool 28 degrees.  We are really looking forward to the warm spring weather, enjoying walks along the beach and biking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

Cape Cod is a fantastic place to visit any time of year, if you enjoy cold temperatures and relaxing come to the Cape in the winter.  If you enjoy warm weather and walking the local trails, visit the Cape in the Spring.  And if you enjoy hot weather, beaches, swimming and mini golf, visit the Cape in the summer.
