Today is May 5th, also known as Cinco de Mayo, a day to celebrate the Mexican heritage and to commemorate the cause of freedom and democracy during the American Civil War. Many businesses around the country celebrate today with special events, dinners and parties. If you enjoy Mexican food, go out tonight to your local Mexican restaurant and grab a bite to eat to celebrate! It’s not every day you have a good excuse to get out and have a Mexican dinner with family and friends to celebrate Cinco de Mayo!
