Hurricane Earl is headed our way, but do not let that deter you from coming to visit Cape Cod. The High winds and rain are only supposed to effect us here on the Cape possibly tonight and early tomorrow morning. That is even if the hurricane gets close to us, it may just be offshore or it may come in closer, we will not really know until it happens. If you are into stretching the mind body and soul, you may want to try out yoga on the beach. Just up the street from the Town Crier Motel you will find one of the most beautiful beaches in the World, Coast Guard Beach. You can join a group of yoga goers and a park ranger and a yoga instructor every Saturday morning throughout the months of July and August. So grab some comfy clothes and some water and head on over to Coast Guard Beach in Eastham for some relaxing yoga by the sea.
