The Town Crier Motel is located just minutes from one of the best beaches in the USA.  Rated one of the best beaches for several years in a row, Coast Guard Beach is located on the ocean side of Cape Cod, with a parking lot and trolley which takes you to the beach, it is a great beach for families and groups.  There are bathrooms and showers located at the beach and the sand is just perfect!  No stairs to walk down to get to the beach either, just a short walk on a ramp and you are there.  You could even bike to Coast Guard Beach right from the motel, within 25 minutes you could be there by bike, 5 minutes by car.
