Spring has finally arrived here on Cape Cod, we are seeing flowers popping through the ground all over town and we are very happy to see the temperatures starting to get warmer during the day.  Pretty soon we will be enjoying the sun and relaxing at the beach on our bathing suits and eating fried clams from Arnold Restaurant, located right next door.  We cannot wait for Summer to kick in and see all of our guests from all over the World.

The first day of Spring is only days away and we are very excited! March 20th, 2013 celebrates the Vernal Equinox, which means, flowers should start blooming, the tree’s with start to get new leaves, and Cape Cod will also start to bloom as we start to see tourists from all over begin visiting again.  The beaches have gone through a beating these past couple storms, and we are sure they will be fixed up and ready for all to enjoy by the time the weather is nice enough to visit the beaches in your swimsuits and beach towels.

We certainly are ready for Spring to arrive…. The weather these past few weeks has been very confusing.  We have had snow and rain and then more snow and then more rain, and of course, sunny days in between.  Just the other day it really felt like Spring was just around the corner, we heard birds chirping, sun was shining, and we can finally see the grass now that all of the snow/ice has melted.  We are thinking about the Spring and Summer weather and we are gearing up to get the Town Crier ready for all of our guests for the 2013 season here on Cape Cod.  Think Spring, and it will come.. very soon… we hope !

We just endured blizzard Nemo here in Eastham and we now have over 1 foot of slushy snow on the ground… Soon to be gone as the temperatures rise and the rain continues to fall.  We are definitely thinking about the Summer here at the Town Crier.  Day dreaming of ice cream sundaes, long strolls on the beach, swimming, mini golfing, fried clams and sunny hot days!  Before you know it, Spring and Summer will be upon us.  Get ahead of the pack this year and reserve your stay online before the crowds come down to take over the Cape one town at a time.
