Packages are limited in quantity and prices may fluctuate. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
A deposit equal to the cost of one night, plus tax, is required on stays of three nights or less. On longer stays, one-third of the total is required. Deposit is applied to last night(s) of the reservations period. Discounted reservations, package reservations and reservations made within 14 days of arrival are not refundable. Early departures or modifications to original reservation are not entitled to a refund. If a deposit refund is permitted, cancellation must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to expected arrival and a $25.00 charge will be applied.
